What's the difference between 1000ppm and 1450ppm fluoride?

1450ppm is the dose recommended from age 6 upwards. 1000ppm is the lower dose used in toothpaste for ages 3–6. GudYu's Remineralising & Whitening Tabs contain exactly 1450ppm in every tablet.

Can fluoride and hydroxyapatite be used together?

Yes — and they work better together. Fluoride hardens the outer enamel surface; hydroxyapatite, the mineral teeth are made from, helps rebuild enamel that's already worn. GudYu tabs combine both in every dose.
