How to use
Simple as ‘chew, brush, spit’
- Chew a single tab for 3 seconds
- Brush for 2 minutes as usual
- Spit (don’t swallow) and don’t rinse (allows the fluoride and hydroxyapatite to do its thing)
Suitable for manual and electric toothbrushes
Storage
Keep tin stored in a dry place with lid tightly sealed. Refill tin with refill pouch every month, keep refill pouches in a cool, dry place as they are made from biodegradable material.
